Late last night I heard some funny noises.  

I entered my living room and saw my last few packed moving boxes GLOWING.  

Upon inspection:

I heard nothing from the kidnappers for a week and then the following photo:

I did not want to worry anyone, but I had not been able to find c since I returned from B's house in NY.

I thought she must be hiding in one of the boxes that fill our apartment.

Then, late last night I received the following:

after over a week of being homeless i was picked up by a member of the Westminster East

Rotary Club.

what a generous bunch!  i might become their first miniature member.

C... does this count as a job?

c chicago... i hope you are feeling better soon.  

try to wake up with a smile and life will soon have a sunny cast.

c london. week 58. a new friend.

after a week of being homeless i started to really miss C.

when i woke this morning a funny little animal was cuddled up with me.

we are now friends.  his name is d.

c chicago. week 58. oh the happy memories.

last week I got to visit the cabin in the mountains with C's family.
last time I was there was the first time I encountered snow!

these fond sentiments are all that are keeping me going from my present location.

i was embarrassed to discuss it before... but ever since i returned home things haven't been so good.

when my camera broke and C let me use hers i admittedly did not appreciate it.

i am on the street until i get a job.

i have been thinking a lot about

home.

this week C and i helped B move into his new house.

 the house is on a hill.  and B thinks it looks like a space ship.  

which makes me a bit nostalgic for my dreams of space travel!

however, I am being here now and helping B get all set up

for life up on his hill.

the textures inside are most intriguing.

p.s.  There is dew on the grass in the morning, so Big C took the opportunity to buy some new galoshes with honey bees upon them.

our new place!!

Hi c London,
This is a filler photo.  In the last 3 days C, B and i have done the following tasks: moved C and I into a new apartment in Chicago, filled a truck up with B's stuff, drove 12 hours to Corning NY and tomorrow we are all heading to B's new place in Oeonta NY.  Phew.  Good to be in a bed.

C and I took some pix in our new apartment yesterday, but are having trouble uploading them.
Hopefully we can share soon.  The internet will be spotty for the next week.  Communication might be on a delay.

Today C did a performance at the University of Chicago with Ann Boyd and friends, a devised piece called The Yellow House.  I went down to check it out (and liked it! C performed, which was nice!).

i came upon a sea of big C portraits! which went a long way explaining how I have such a natural ability to draw.

p.s.
I know.  I got your message about space.  I wish I could be there now.  Unfortunately the Shuttle Mission has been terminated.  President Obama assures me that I can complete my mission (which was his request in the first place!) but I am still waiting for the alignment.

Also, C and B are moving next week.  Turns out C and i are getting our own apartment.  So I am home helping to pack up.  More soon!!
